"I went completely vegan a while ago and realized I was doing it all wrong. I became severely anemic, had a near death experience back in 2011 and went back to my old habits. It wasn’t until Chef Eva, helped me realize what my body needed and I began learning new ways to prepare all the meals I loved with a plant-based twist. I later on began preparing my body to have surgery, and wanted to speed up my post-op recovery. I again hired Chef Eva to create a plant-based antiinflammatory meal plan as part of my pre/post- operative."
